Administrative Services Coordinator
Coon Creek Watershed District is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to lead core administrative services for an established public organization. This position serves as the District’s primary internal human resources lead and is responsible for coordinating personnel administration, payroll and benefits processes, records retention, data practices, Board administrative support, and agency-wide administrative systems. The role also supervises the Administrative Assistant and ensures that administrative operations function with professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.
Minimum qualifications include five or more years of progressively responsible related experience, with substantial responsibility for human resources or personnel administration, along with strong communication, organizational skills, discretion, and sound judgment. Preferred qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree, public sector experience, and prior supervisory, lead worker, or comparable coordination experience. A Minnesota Notary Public commission is also preferred. Qualified professionals committed to effective public administration are encouraged to apply.
