Water Education Grants

CCWD has budgeted monies to help create an informed public through Water Education Grants grants.

Grant applications are taken throughout the year with the same deadlines as permit applications.

Water Education grants are for supplies or projects engaging people in information or activities regarding water resources like water quality or water conservation.

Email Dawn Doering, Public Relations Coordinator, to send your application or inquiry, or call her directly at (763) 402-0000 for questions.

Water Quality Cost-Share

CCWD’s Water Quality Cost Share Program is intended to support projects and practices that improve water quality consistent with the Coon Creek Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy report.

In 2024, there are three categories for cost share proposals

Note: local units of government may serve as the grantee on behalf of private entities and individuals with prior approval from the District.

All Water Quality Cost-Share funds have been awarded for 2024. To discuss potential applications for 2025, email Justine Dauphinais or call (763) 258-4021.
