Water Management Agencies

The Clean Water Act (CWA) is administered by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) is one of several programs authorized under the CWA. It is locally administered by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
